Refund and Returns Policy

We protect the interests of our customers by accepting refund or return requests within the prescribed time limit, subject to the conditions specified in the Refund and Return Policy, as well as in the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service include a definition of the term “Bergst”.

1. REFUND/RETURN REQUEST

At Bergst.store, we accept returns within 30 days after you receive the item.

Customers may request a refund or return in the following cases:

– Not receiving the full ordered product.

– Receiving counterfeit or fake goods.

– The product is defective or damaged during shipping.

– Not receiving the product.

– The product is significantly different from the description provided by the seller.

– The seller sent the wrong product (wrong size, color, etc.).

We always carefully review customer return or refund requests and reserve the right to accept or reject them based on the above terms and the Bergst Terms of Service.

2. CONDITIONS OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT

To avoid disputes, customers should record or take photos of the product immediately upon receipt and before preparing to return it. The product must be new and in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging.

3.1 Important Note:

Customers should not expect to receive an exchange or refund due to a product not fitting properly, as your order is made to order. We provide a size chart on each product page to help you choose the most suitable size.

3.2 Order Modification or Cancellation:

You have 24 hours to contact us if you want to change or cancel your order. Once the order has entered the production process, we cannot make changes after 24 hours.

3.3 Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

While we strive to ensure accurate orders and flawless products, errors do occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are committed to providing a free replacement or a refund. 3.4 Not Received Order:

If you have not received your order after 30 days, please contact us for a free replacement or refund. Please note that cases where the customer provided incorrect address information are not covered under this policy.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS:

For replacements of defective or incorrect products, we only require a clear photo of the defect and the order number. If you would like to return the product, please contact customer service. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. Used items are not eligible for return. New, unused items returned within 30 days of receipt may be returned for exchange or refund. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
