Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and will happily accept returns for all full priced items within 30 days^ of receipt if the item is new, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Please review our returns policy before initiating a return.

Sale: Items labeled as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credits unless deemed faulty.

Sale items: All full priced items that are discounted during a promotional period are subject to our current returns policy.

Re-worn: All re-worn items are final sale items and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credits unless deemed faulty.

Note: Any shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility and are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We happily offer a new size exchange for all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt provided they are new, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Simply submit your return using the online returns portal above and follow the instructions to exchange your item.

Please note that we do not hold items for exchanges and all exchange orders will be sent via standard shipping.

  • Select the items you would like to return.
  • Specify whether you would like your refund to be returned to your original method of payment or issued as a store credit.
  • After confirmation, please pack and ship your product using a trackable shipping service to

REFUND

After we receive your return and inspect it. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. And the money will be paid to your original account
