Shipping Policy
Hello! We have established the Shipping Policy below to ensure a smooth and successful shipping process for you. Before placing an order, please read and understand these terms and conditions carefully.
1. SHIPPING METHODS
Order Cut-Off Time:
We accept and process orders from 6:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6:00pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Processing Time:
After your order is accepted, we need 1-3 business days to process and prepare the product. In some cases, if the product is overloaded or temporarily out of stock, the preparation process may take longer. We will notify you immediately if any delays arise.
Most products are shipped via USPS, one of the most economical shipping methods for large items across the United States. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Time:
Shipping usually takes about 7-15 business days, excluding holidays and order processing time. However, in some objective cases such as bad weather, natural disasters, local procedures, or postal problems, orders may be delayed. If there are any problems during the shipping process, please be patient and wait a few more days. We always try to deliver as quickly as possible.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Currently, Bergst only ships to addresses within the United States. If you would like to order from a location outside of this area, please contact our customer service team. If we can ship to your area, we will assist.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
We apply a flat shipping fee to all orders, regardless of size or weight. This fee is currently $6.99 for all orders.
4. ADDITIONAL & ADDITIONAL FEES
If you need to change your address after your order has been shipped, a reshipment fee will apply. Any additional costs incurred due to missed delivery are also the responsibility of the customer. If you need the product delivered faster, please contact us for additional individual shipping costs.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary. Please take a photo and email supporting documentation to [email protected] to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. EXCEPTIONS & MODIFICATIONS
Devante may make exceptions to certain parts of the Shipping Policy in the best interests of our customers. We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Please check back frequently for updates.
